The Space
The living room opens straight onto the pool deck, so mornings start with coffee by the water and evenings end with the doors still open. Two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, its own bathroom with a bathtub, and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped — rice cooker, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove, proper pots and pans. Supermarkets and warungs are a short walk away, so cooking here is genuinely easy.
Room by Room
The whole villa is yours — here's what that actually looks like.
Six by three and a half metres of your own water, wrapped in a wooden deck and framed by heliconia and frangipani. Deep enough for proper laps in the morning, shallow enough that kids can stand. It's cleaned weekly, and because the walls are high nobody can see in — you can swim at midnight if you feel like it.
There's no wall between the living room and the pool — the whole side folds open, so most guests simply leave it that way. A long teak sofa, a large fan overhead, a 43" TV with Netflix for the evenings when it rains. It's the room where everyone ends up.
This is a kitchen you can genuinely cook in, not a token corner with a kettle. Gas stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, blender, coffee machine, a proper fridge and a freezer. The teak table seats six. There's a supermarket and a warung within walking distance, so a market run in the morning is easy.
A kingsize teak bed, a dressing table with a good mirror and a lamp you can actually read by. Air conditioning, blackout curtains and cotton linens. The en-suite bathroom is through the door at the back, and there's a wardrobe with a safe for your passports.
The same size and the same kingsize bed, but this one has sliding doors straight onto the pool deck — pull the curtain back in the morning and the water is right there. Also en-suite, also air conditioned. Guests travelling as two couples tell us neither room feels like the lesser one.
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, and both have a poured concrete bathtub alongside a rain shower — one of them sits under a skylight, so you're bathing in daylight. Hot water throughout, hairdryer, shampoo and body soap provided. There's an outdoor shower too, for rinsing off after the beach.
Working from Bali
Canggu is where half the internet seems to be working from, and we've hosted enough remote workers to know what actually matters: a connection that doesn't drop during a call, a room cool enough to think in, and somewhere quiet to sit.
Plenty of guests stay with us for weeks at a time. Ask about our monthly rate — it's meaningfully lower than the nightly price.

The villa sits on a calm residential lane in Tibubeneng with rice fields behind it — but you're minutes from the best of Canggu. Nirvana and Wanderlust gyms are a short walk, and so are the supermarkets, laundry and coffee shops.

Good to Know
We're in a residential neighbourhood where people genuinely value their peace. Parties are fine in spirit, but please keep noise down after 23:00 and when coming home late — the local clubs are far better equipped for late nights than our street is.
FAQ
Yes — completely. The whole villa, the pool and the garden are exclusively yours for the length of your stay. There's no shared space, no other guests, and no visibility from outside. We don't stay on site.
Send us a WhatsApp message with your dates and number of guests. We'll confirm availability and send you the exact price and payment details. Most guests pay by bank transfer or Wise. It's quick, and you'll have a real person answering you.
Generally yes. Platforms add a guest service fee of roughly 10–15% on top of the nightly rate. Booking with us directly removes that fee entirely, and we can be more flexible on things like early check-in or longer-stay discounts.
Finns and Atlas Beach Club are about 7 minutes by scooter. Batu Bolong and Berawa are around 8 minutes, Echo Beach about 10. Seminyak and Double Six are roughly 15 minutes. It's a genuinely central spot without being on a noisy main road.
Yes — we rent scooters directly from the villa, so you don't need to arrange anything before you arrive. There's also free car parking right in front if you prefer a driver or a rental car.
It works well. We have business-grade WiFi, an ethernet connection, air conditioning in both bedrooms and a common workspace. Plenty of guests work from here for weeks at a time.
Yes. The villa sleeps 4, the pool is large and shallow enough for kids to enjoy, and we have outlet covers and a high chair available on request. Guests regularly stay here with teenagers and younger children.
We're reasonable about it. Message us as soon as you know and we'll work something out — that flexibility is one of the advantages of booking direct rather than through a platform's fixed policy.
